Implementation of the agreement with the Ukrainian company INTER-NORMLLC - updated information regarding cooperation with the Issuer.

The Management Board of Corey Europe S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw [hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Issuer"], withreference to ESPI current report No. 6/2024 dated December 6, 2024,entitled "Agreement with the Ukrainian company INTER-NORM LLC. Sale ofthe first industrial energy storage systems" - and ESPI current reportNo. 7/2024 dated December 10, 2024, entitled "Implementation of theAgreement with the Ukrainian company INTER-NORM LLC regarding industrialenergy storage systems" - hereby announces that the turnover of EUR 2million by the end of 2025 agreed in the agreement was not achieved dueto the suspension of INTER-NORM LLC's activities in connection with theIssuer's disclosure of information on the entry of a Chinese partner.

INTER-NORM LLC indicated that it still intends to become the exclusivedistributor of the Issuer's products and services in Ukraine, butwithout a minimum turnover requirement due to the highly uncertainmarket situation. At the same time, two agreements were signed in April2026 through INTER-NORM LLC with Ukrainian entities, as well as a newagreement with INTER-NORM LLC itself. In connection with the signedAgreements, the Issuer has already sold two Industrial Energy Storagesystems with an output power of 125 kW and a capacity of 261 kWh for USD40,000 each (total transaction value: USD 80,000). The parties agreedthat the order will be fulfilled upon the payment of a 30% advancepayment by the ordering companies . As of the date of this report'spublication, advance payments had been made for two contracts totaling$23,975 ( including transfer fees shared between the shipper and therecipient ) . As agreed, the remaining balance will be paid two weeksbefore the systems are delivered to the European port. The estimatedtimeframe for order completion is three months.

The Issuer explains that the systems it offers, instead of standardgrid-connected inverters, are equipped with a hybrid inverter that alsohas an automatic grid disconnection function and built-in PVintegration. The DC (battery) side will be supplied under the ENIMSO (Environmental IMPact SOlutions ).

The Issuer's Management Board provides this information due to the factthat the conclusion of the above-mentioned agreements may have an impacton the Issuer's financial results, which meets the requirements ofArticle 17 section 1 of MAR.
