The Management Board of Zortrax S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw(the "Company") announces that on 16 April 2026, the company has signeda letter of intent, on the basis of which it will carry out activitiesto establish strategic cooperation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia aspart of the "Vision 2030" program in the area of 3D printing (i.e.,Advanced 3D Printing _ Additive Manufacturing). Potential strategiccooperation and partnerships are to cover in particular the educationsector, as well as the area of innovative technologies, includingtechnology transfer, and open up opportunities for the ZORTRAX brand toenter the local market more widely.
