The Management Board of Zortrax S.A., with its registered seat in Warsaw(the "Company"), hereby announces that on 21 April 2026 the Company, itssubsidiary Zortrax Stores sp. z o.o., with its registered seat inWarsaw, and Fiberlab S.A., with its registered seat in Brzezie (KRS:0000533098), entered into a letter of intent (the "LOI").

The LOI reflects the Parties' intention to establish cooperation of ananalytical and development nature, aimed at identifying, assessing andverifying selected opportunities for collaboration in the area of 3Dprinting filaments and 3D printers, in particular with respect topotential product development, technology optimization, as well as jointbusiness and market activities.

The execution of the LOI constitutes a further step by the ZORTRAXCapital Group towards strengthening cooperation in the development andproduction of new filaments and expanding the product offering availablewithin the ZORTRAX Capital Group.
