of Principal Officer.
On
August
8, 2006, the Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Craig A. Cook,
the
Registrant’s former Chief Administrative Officer, effective August 14, 2001. The
resignation of Mr. Cook was not due to any disagreement with the Company’s
operations, policies or practices.
