The Management Board of Ice Code Games S.A., with itsregistered office in Warsaw (the "Company"), with reference to ESPIreport No. 26/2025 dated 24 October 2025, in which it informed about theexecution of a publishing services agreement concerning the NightmareFrontier game, hereby announces that today it received from SlitherineSoftware UK Ltd. confirmation of the final publishing schedule for theNightmare Frontier game.According tothe schedule confirmed today, production of the full version of the gameshould be completed by the end of Q2 2026, and its release will takeplace at the turn of Q2 and Q3 or in Q3 2026. Moreover, due to the gamebeing released in an Early Access formula, until completion of its fullversion, the player community will be provided with three furtherdevelopment updates (early Q1 2026, late Q1 2026, and early Q2 2026).TheManagement Board of the Company reminds that the Nightmare Frontier gamewas released in Early Access on the Steam platform and its premiere tookplace in 16 June 2025 (see ESPI report No. 11/2025 dated 5 June 2025).Cooperation with Slitherine Software UK Ltd. as the publisher, which hasextensive and long-standing experience in publishing strategy games,will allow the Company to complete the production and marketing of thegame.The Management Board of theCompany further reminds that, under the concluded agreement, the Companyis responsible for further development and support of NightmareFrontier, while Slitherine Software UK Ltd. covers the costs ofcompleting the production of the game and its marketing, and is alsoresponsible for the marketing and distribution of the game in globalmarkets.
