The Management Board of Ice Code Games S.A., with its registered officein Warsaw (the "Company"), hereby announces that today it received fromSlitherine Software UK Ltd., the publisher of the Nightmare Frontiersgame, approval for the completion of the first stage of works (the firstmilestone) on this game. This stage was completed by the Company inaccordance with the work schedule adopted by the parties. As a result ofthe approval of this stage of works, an update of the game containingelements added as part of this stage will be released to players at theturn of January and February 2026, which should enhance theattractiveness of the game and, consequently, increase player interestin the game.

The Management Board of the Company reminds that the Nightmare Frontiersgame was released in Early Access on the Steam platform, and itspremiere took place on 16 June 2025. Cooperation with SlitherineSoftware UK Ltd. as the publisher, which has extensive and long-standingexperience in publishing strategy games, will allow the Company tocomplete the production and marketing of the game. Under the concludedpublishing agreement, the Company is responsible for further developmentand support of Nightmare Frontiers, while Slitherine Software UK Ltd.covers the costs of completing the production of the game and itsmarketing, and is also responsible for the marketing and distribution ofthe game in global markets.
