Per our announcement dated June 7, 2024, and within our objective of generating part of the energy consumed at our production facilities through the establishment of a Solar Power Plant ("SPP"), the Connection Agreement Call Letter for the 28,600 kWp DC / 28.1 MWe AC capacity ground-mounted SPP project planned to be established in Ahlat district, Bitlis province, was approved by the Turkish Electricity Transmission Corporation ("TEİAŞ"), subsequently approved by the Turkish Electricity Distribution Corporation ("TEDAŞ").

Within the framework of the Regulation on Unlicensed Electricity Generation in the Electricity Market dated May 12, 2019, our application for the signing of the Project Connection Agreement was approved by TEİAŞ and came into force on October 14, 2025.

Studies related to the realization of the investment and the subsequent acceptance procedures are currently ongoing, and all developments will be fully and promptly disclosed to the public.
