oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		Denetimden Sorumlu Komitenin görüşü doğrultusunda ve şirketimiz 10/02/2026 tarih ve 792 sayılı ve 10/02/2026 tarih ve 793 sayılı Yönetim Kurulu kararları ile teklif edilen DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi'nin, Şirketin 01.01.2026 - 31.12.2026 hesap dönemi hesap ve işlemlerinin gerek Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu ve ilgili mevzuat gerekse Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve ilgili mevzuat çerçevesinde denetimi ve bu faaliyetine ek olarak Şirketimizin 01.01.2026 - 31.12.2026 yılına ilişkin Kamu Gözetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu tarafından yayımlanan Türkiye Sürdürülebilirlik Raporlama Standartları'na uygun olarak hazırlanacak raporlarının zorunlu sürdürülebilirlik güvence denetimi kapsamındaki faaliyetlerini de yürütmek üzere bağımsız denetim kuruluşu olarak seçilmesi Genel Kurul tarafından kabul edilmiştir. İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi KAP'da yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.		In line with the opinion of the Audit Committee and per the resolution of our Company's Board of Directors dated 10/02/2026 and numbered 792 and 793, the appointment of DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi as the independent audit firm to carry out the audit of the Company's accounts and transactions for the accounting period of 01.01.2026 - 31.12.2026 in accordance with the Capital Markets Law and the relevant legislation, as well as the Turkish Commercial Code and the relevant legislation, and additionally to perform the mandatory sustainability assurance audit activities for the Company's sustainability reports to be prepared in compliance with the Türkiye Sustainability Reporting Standards issued by the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority for the period 01.01.2026 - 31.12.2026, has been approved by the General Assembly. We hereby respectfully announce to the public. This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
