Şirket Yönetim Kurulu, 12/05/2026 tarihinde Şirket merkezinde toplanarak,
1) Şirket tarafından Türk Ticaret Kanunu, Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu ve Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı düzenlemeleri çerçevesinde Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartlarına uyumlu olarak hazırlanan ve Ram Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. tarafından denetlenen 01.01.2025- 31.12.2025 hesap dönemine ait konsolide finansal tablolara göre 278.021.382 TL net dönem zararı oluştuğuna,
2) Vergi Usul Kanunu'na ve T.C. Maliye Bakanlığı tarafından yayımlanan Tek Düzen Hesap Planı'na göre tutulan yasal kayıtlarda ise 146.138.928 TL net dönem zararı oluştuğuna,
3) Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu ve Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun düzenlemelerine uygun olarak hazırlanan bağımsız denetimden geçmiş, 01.01.2025-31.12.2025 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarda zarar oluştuğu görüldüğünden ve dağıtılabilecek bir kâr bulunmadığından, kâr payı dağıtımı yapılamayacağı hususunda pay sahiplerinin bilgilendirilmesine ve Ek-1'de yer alan Kâr Dağıtım Tablosu'nun Genel Kurul'da Şirket pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmasına toplantıya katılanların oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir.
