Within the scope of the Board of Directors' Resolution dated 27.08.2024 and numbered 2024/22 on the Use of Proceeds, and the accompanying Use of Proceeds Report prepared in relation to the public offering of our Company's shares, under the section titled "Financing of Investments" and the subheading "Solar Power Plant (SPP) Investment," the investment incentive certificate for the Viranşehir SPP-2 project, which is planned for self-consumption, was approved by the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Türkiye on 13.08.2025. The total investment amount foreseen for the said project, which is planned to have an installed capacity of 8.25 MW, is approximately USD 8,000,000.
