| Revenue from External Customers by Products and Services [Table Text Block] | The following table presents our disaggregated revenues by revenue source (in millions). The Company recognizes revenue primarily from two different types of contracts, (i) product sales to customers and (ii) contract manufacturing. Revenue from sales of products as well as from contract manufacturing is recognized at the point where the customer obtains control of the goods and the Company satisfies its performance obligation, which generally is at the time it ships the product to the customer.
