MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

The spouse of Mr. Siu Fai NG has purchased 159,825
shares of Jinhui Shipping and Transportation Limited
(the 'Company') in the Oslo Stock Exchange on 22
December 2010 at an average price of NOK20.8079 per
share. Following the above purchase, Mr. Siu Fai NG
and his spouse have direct interests in 1,922,800
shares in the Company.

Mr. Siu Fai NG also has certain indirect interests in
the Company through his interests in Jinhui Holdings
Company Limited (listed in Hong Kong) and Fairline
Consultants Limited.

Jinhui Holdings Company Limited has direct interests
in 46,034,800 shares of the Company, representing
approximately 54.77% interests in the Company.
Fairline Consultants Limited has direct interests in
500,000 shares of the Company, representing
approximately 0.59% interests in the Company and has
approximately 64.53% interests in Jinhui Holdings
Company Limited.

Mr. Siu Fai NG is the director of the Company, Jinhui
Holdings Company Limited and Fairline Consultants
Limited.
