Stolt-Nielsen Limited Purchased 2,800 of its Common Shares

On November 24, 2010, Stolt-Nielsen Limited purchased
2,800 of its own Common Shares (SNI) on the Oslo
Stock Exchange at a price of NOK 113 per share. The
shares were purchased in accordance with the buy-back
programme announced on November 19, 2010.

After this transaction Stolt-Nielsen Limited holds
4,443,945 own shares, representing 6.93% of the
number of issued Common Shares.
