Stolt-Nielsen Limited Purchased 8,201 of its Common Shares

On December 3, 2010, Stolt-Nielsen Limited purchased
8,201 of its own Common Shares (SNI) on the Oslo
Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 118.5184
per share. The shares were purchased in accordance
with the buy-back programme announced on November 19,
2010.

After these transactions Stolt-Nielsen Limited holds
4,500,773 own shares, representing 7.02% of the
number of issued Common Shares.
