Correction - Stolt-Nielsen Limited Own Shares

On December 14, 2010 Stolt-Nielsen Limited reported
that employees of Stolt-Nielsen Limited exercised
options to acquire a total of 2,000 Common Shares of
Stolt-Nielsen Limited, which option exercises were
satisfied out of Common Shares held by Stolt-Nielsen
Limited. The correct number of exercised options was
1,000 Common Shares.

After this correction, Stolt-Nielsen Limited holds
4,546,260 own shares, representing 7.09% of the
number of issued Common Shares.
