Stolt-Nielsen Limited Board Recommends Final 2012 Dividend
LONDON, February 18, 2013 - Stolt-Nielsen Limited (Oslo Børs: SNI) announced
today that the Company's Board of Directors recommended a final dividend for
2012 of $0.50 per Common Share, payable on May 10, 2013 to shareholders of
record as of April 25, 2013. In accordance with the normal settlement practice,
the shares will trade ex-dividend on and after April 23, 2013 (two business days
prior to the April 25, 2013 record date). The dividend, which is subject to
shareholder approval, will be voted on at the Company's Annual General Meeting
of Shareholders scheduled for April 18, 2013 in Bermuda.
