The Company cannot complete and file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-QSB by November 14, 2006, because the Company is in the process of determining whether to early adopt SAB 108 for the quarter ended September 30, 2006. The Company is working diligently to complete the Report as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, the Company is unable to file its September 30, 2006 Form 10-QSB within the prescribed time period.
