EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING 19 APRIL 2010

Reference is made to summons to Extraordinary General Meeting dated 29
March 2010 in Petrolia Drilling ASA. The Issuer Services has informed
the company that ca 1,9% of the shareholders have not received the
summons.

The Summons is made public by notice to the Stock Exchange and in
addition new summons will be sent to the respective shareholders today
with time limit for registration of attendance 1000 hours the same day
the Extraordinary General Meeting shall be held, Monday 19 April 2010 at
1300 hours.
