PETROLIA DRILLING ASA - ANNUAL REPORT 2009

The Board of Directors of Petrolia Drilling ASA has in a board meeting
approved the annual accounts for 2009.

After the release of the preliminary and unaudited accounts for the
fourth quarter of 2009, small adjustments have been made in the Group's
accounts for 2009. Net result after tax for 2009 is USD 120.386.000.

The main difference in the result compared with preliminary report for
4th Quarter is impairment of drilling equipment with mUSD 8,5.
