(OSE:PDR) RECEIVED WRIT OF SUMMONS FROM PETROMENA
ASA, ITS BANKRUPT ESTATE

Petrolia Services AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of
Petrolia Drilling ASA, has received a writ of summons
from PetroMENA ASA, its bankrupt estate, with claim
to set aside transactions carried out in November
2008. The claim against Petrolia Services AS is up to
NOK 245 million.

Petrolia Drilling has during the last year discussed
this matter with PetroMENA ASA, its bankrupt estate.
The company has been of the understanding that the
bankrupt estate has appreciated the documentation
provided by the company as verification that most of
the relevant transactions are valid. It is the
company's opinion that it is max. NOK 5 - 10 million
which could be in dispute

Petrolia Drilling ASA is surprised over the writ of
summons and dismisses the reason for the claim.
