Reference is made to the two merger plans approved on 29 November 2011
and the corresponding announcements of 29 and 30 November 2011.

The merger plans require approval by the shareholders.

Please find attached the summons to an extraordinary general meeting
which today has been sent to all shareholders registered in VPS per 29
