Registrant’s auditor retired from professional practice at the end of 2007. Registrant has been in discussions with a new auditor who has been engaged in a review of the Registrant’s financial statements. However, Registrant will not obtain sufficient financial information or audited financial statements prior to March 31, 2008 and, accordingly, management will not be able to complete Management's Discussion and Analysis of such financial statements by March 31, 2008.
