Approved Annual Accounts 2009

Siem Offshore Inc's Annual Report 2009 was approved
by the Board of Directors on April 14th 2010. There
are no changes in the annual accounts compared with
the annual accounts presented in the fourth quarter
report.

The Annual Report 2009, including the approved
accounts, will be distributed to the shareholders on
16 April 2010 together with the notice for the Annual
General Meeting to be held 10 May 2010.
