PRESENTATION AND CONFERENCE CALL NOTIFICATION Q3 2010

Siem Offshore Inc. informs that the results for third
quarter of 2010 will be published on Thursday 28
October 2010 at 8:00 a.m. (CET) on the Oslo Stock
Exchange (ticker code: SIOFF) and on Siem Offshore
Inc.'s website www.siemoffshore.com.
Terje Sørensen (CEO) and Dagfinn B. Lie (CFO) will on
the same day at 09:30 a.m. (CET) give a presentation
of the third quarter 2010 results at Shippingklubben,
Haakon VII's gt. 1, Oslo.
A conference call will be held to review the
presentation and discuss the third quarter release on
28 October 2010 at 3:00 p.m. (CET). The call will be
hosted by Terje Sørensen and he will be joined on the
call by Dagfinn B. Lie.
