NOTE 15 – SEGMENT INFORMATION

 

The Company reports segment information that is consistent with the management and measurement system utilized within the Company. This approach designates the internal reporting used by management for making decisions and assessing performance as the source of the Company’s reportable operating segments. The segments represent components of the Company for which separate financial information is available that is utilized on a regular basis by the chief operating decision maker (the chief executive officer) in determining how to allocate resources and evaluate performance. The accounting policies of the segments are the same as those described in Note 1, “Organization and Summary of Significant Accounting Policies”. The Company’s reportable operating segment consists of ACS. For the years ended December 31, 2017 and 2016, ACS had $2,605 and $0, respectively, in revenue, an operating loss of $306,021 and $52,750, respectively, assets in the form of cash totaling $4,053 and $4,020, respectively, and liabilities in the form of accounts payable totaling $99,804 and $52,750, respectively.
