Hafnia Limited ("Hafnia", the "Company", OSE ticker code: "HAFNI", NYSE ticker code: “HAFN”) announces that on 21 May 2025 it publicly released a draft registration statement on Form F-3 that it had previously submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") for confidential review. The Company plans to publicly file a final registration statement on Form F-3 (the “Registration Statement”) within the next week.
The Registration Statement once filed will enable the Company to more efficiently raise capital in the future and enable the resale of outstanding securities held by Hafnia’s shareholders. The Company has no present intention to utilize the Registration Statement for the primary issuance of securities, and has not received any indications that any shareholders are currently planning to sell any of their shares in the Company pursuant to the Registration Statement.
