This form or one substantially equivalent hereto must be used to accept the Exchange Offer of Alamosa (Delaware), Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Alamosa"), made pursuant to the prospectus, dated                    , 2004 (the "Prospectus"), if certificates for the outstanding 8½% Senior Notes due 2012 of Alamosa and the related subsidiary guarantees (the "Old Notes") are not immediately available or if the procedure for book-entry transfer cannot be completed on a timely basis or time will not permit all required documents to reach Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as exchange agent (the "Exchange Agent"), prior to 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on the Expiration Date (as defined below) of the Exchange Offer. The Exchange Offer will expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on                      , 2004 unless extended by Alamosa (the "Expiration Date"). Such form may be delivered or transmitted by facsimile transmission, mail or hand delivery to the Exchange Agent as set forth below. In addition, in order to utilize the guaranteed delivery procedure to tender Old Notes pursuant to the Exchange Offer, a completed, signed and dated letter of transmittal (or facsimile thereof) must be received by the Exchange Agent prior to 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on the Expiration Date. Holders of Old Notes who have previously validly delivered a notice of guaranteed delivery pursuant to the procedures outlined above and as further described in the Prospectus are not required to use this form. Holders of Old Notes who have previously validly tendered Old Notes for exchange or who validly tender Old Notes for exchange in accordance with this form may withdraw any Old Notes so tendered at any time prior to the Expiration Date.
